STANDARD SHIPPING: Processing time is 1-3 days Following 5-7 business days for transit usps ground .

PACKAGE STANDARD: Due to the fragile nature of travel tumblers , Item wrap in bubble bubble wrap before place in a standard shipping box.

DAMAGE & CLAIM: If a tumbler is damaged in transit ,Customer must file a claim with courier and contact us with receipt ,photograph proof with 48-72 hours  of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Package: We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” to to the correct address,Required to file a missing mail claim with the carrier.
